We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and the name of the courier partner handling your delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address, please click here within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be accommodated once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7 to 10 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and circumstances beyond our control such as weather disruptions, strikes, or peak season volumes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value, which will be clearly communicated on our website and at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional handling fee may apply. This will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier partner's website. If you have trouble tracking your order or have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please click here and we will help you.
Courier Partners
We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and may include but is not limited to Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Ekart, or XpressBees. We reserve the right to use any courier partner at our discretion based on serviceability and availability.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply for a re-delivery request.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives in a visibly damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. Refuse the package and immediately click here with your order number and details of the damage. If you have already accepted the package and discovered damage upon opening, please click here within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Undelivered and Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please wait an additional 2 business days before raising a concern, as tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. If your order still has not arrived, please click here and we will investigate with our courier partner. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. The COD option will only appear at checkout if it is available for your delivery location. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners are not always able to provide change for large denominations.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account in the future.
Bulk and Corporate Orders
For bulk orders or corporate gifting requirements, shipping timelines and charges may differ. Please click here before placing a bulk order and our team will provide a customised quote and timeline.
Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During festive periods such as Diwali, Christmas, and major sale events, order processing and delivery timelines may be longer than usual due to high order volumes across the logistics network. We will communicate any known delays on our website and via email. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
