Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components intact. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.

Certain items are not eligible for return including items marked as final sale, customised or made to order products, and items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong item or wrong variant
  • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect

For exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the item must be unused and in original packaging. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please click here within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item if it is damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Do not ship any item back without receiving confirmation from our team first. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Return Shipping

If the return or exchange is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost in full. If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer error, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when initiating the return request.

Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any order on our store.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please click here within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may still be considered at our discretion but cannot be guaranteed.

Items Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please click here and we will investigate with our logistics partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or included components
